The benefit of friends~


Good friends are good for your health. It's a place to turn to when
times are hard. The good advice and the unspoken comfort.
Friendships boost your self-esteem, and even protect your well being. Your friends encourage you to change some bad habits and help you celebrate something worth celebrating. Need help making more friends? Get out with your pet, accept activities, or volunteer. Appreciate the friends we do have, and always have an open heart for more.

You're right, friends are very important. You are my best friend and the things you've taught me over the years is priceless!

We all need good friends. It's vital to the human family that we share ideas and insights, love and compassion, knowledge and wisdom, with a touch of deep understanding.
