Here are a few ideas for you and your kids to do on a rainy day. I got these ideas from 'Wonder Time' magazine..hope you enjoy!
Create a sunny scene- Let the kids draw on the windows with washable window markers.
Splash a couple of puddles- if the rain is light, of course.
Pop in a yoga tape- have her/him follow your poses
Create an obstacle course-Jump on pillows, crawl under chairs, and burrow through a blanket covered tunnel.
Hunt for under-the-sea treasure- Run a bubble bath, then have your child sit inside or outside the tub and feel around for objects you've "buried".

We have on demand here and I put on those kids exercise things on (like kickboxing). If you have very active kids like me, then they will love it!!
