Here we are in late August and the end of summer is in the air. Ya know what's funny? I've spoken to a few people and we've all come to an agreement that summer seemed like it flew by! I don't think I can really recall a Spring. There were a few really hot days, but I just feel like it went so fast! Since my oldest has started school, I do make sure to do something fun during the weekends. When he was home it seemed like a weekend everyday..so, I think he is learning to appreciate the days that he has nothing to do, but play! So, as we wrap the summer time up, let's enjoy it and spend time with our loved ones. Run through the grass, do a cartwheel, whatever it is that you want to do- enjoy! 4th of July vacation in Florida for me...hands down!
my most enjoyable memory or memories this summer was just being with family and friends. that simple. regardless of what has happened in the past or what could happen in the future, just being with them, laughing, loving, and eating! i tried my best to keep busy and do different activities with the ones i love that would be lasting memories. and yes, this summer...flew by!
