Obama has won! Obama has won!! I am beyond myself and all I can say is that we are part of history and I honestly didn't think I would see this day this soon. How wonderful is that? Yes, we are ready for change! We have witnessed change already, because Obama has brought in a breath of fresh air, a new sense a hope to a nation that felt hopeless. I am just so honored to have lived to see this day as I am sure many of you are also. Wow. Barack Obama is the next president of the United States! Whew!

I'm so happy about this and let me tell you the Bahamians are just as happy about it too! I can't wait until January when he gets sworn in!!!
