I have been seeing a trend here lately with "neon" colored nails. Well, Rihanna had definately been rockin' them for a while now. I'm more of an "earth-toned" type of girl, but would you wear it this summer? It definately reminds me of the 80's (boy, am I getting that old?) Remember when your parents would say-"oh, we used to wear that in the 70's.." YES, are we seeing a pattern here??? (gulp)....
