To all the fathers out there that are commited to their children, or that are looked at as a "father figure", HAPPY FATHER"S DAY! I want to personally wish my "Papa" a Happy Father's Day! Papa, I love you so much and I am so glad that you gave me the knowledge that I have today. I believe that I am a lot like my mother, but in many ways I am so much like my father. I think that we both tend to have very passive personalities and I am glad that I have that trait because it has made getting along with others easier in my life. My father, although a quite man, has always had a strong presence about him. Trust me, when I was a little girl and I did something he did not approve of, he would just give me a look. The Look! I knew it was over. He was never the type of man that showed emotion easily, but I always knew that he loved me with all his heart, I always felt it by his actions. My father was the one that taught me how to wash dishes and how to ride a bike. He's taught me greater lessons about life, but it's those little moments that have stuck with me. Often when I am washing dishes, I think of him. When I am with my boys and they are riding their bikes, I think of him. I love my Papa! He was the first man that I ever loved, and what a great man he is! Happy Father's Day, Papa. I love you so very much. ~Your Daughter
